Low budget music videos

                                                                                                                                                                              This music video is low budget but it looks like a high production video due to the use of mise-en-scene, camerawork and editing. Their costumes are suits which makes them look very smart and as if they have money, making the whole video look a lot more high class. The settings used are also very posh by the use of the chandeliers and big hallways. This mkes the video look a lot more high budget as the house looks expensive and sophisticated.  
In addition, the lighting used in the beginning makes the video look very dramatic and sets the whole video to look more highly producted. 
Also, the dancing in this music video looks very professional which can make us think that they had a choreographer to create the dance for them.                                
Also, this music video looks very highly proudced when in fact, its a low budget video. The editing of this music video makes it look very professional by the use of superimposition. This makes us think they spent a lot of time working on it, creating and perfecting it. There are a range of different shots used in this video making it look like they spent a lot time working on it. These shots include a range of different locations and costumes making it look qiute expensive.
The shadows and lighting in this video makes it looks very dark and scary, which links to the lyrics and theme of the song, making everything look very professional.
Her make-up used is also very precise and brings her whole outfit together.

My music video ideas:

To make my music video look like a high production music video I may include high and low key lighting to make my video look more professional as ill be able to create shadows. I may film my video in an expenisve setting such as a big house or somewhere in London, as London is very posh and has an expensive vibe to it. 
I'm going to use a range of shots and angles to make my video look interesting and to allow the viewer to connect with the video by seeing everything that is going on.
I may use colourful lighting as it creates more dimension to the video and gives it more of a unique element compared to other videos.
