Using saturated colours will also help to engage the audience to pay more attention to the video, than if the colours were dull and dark. As Lemoine mainly works with female artists such as, Lana del Ray, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry, using bright and vivid colours will make the video look more girly and feminine as vibrant colours are normally associated with females. He also uses a melancholic feel to maybe allow the audience to feel more of a connection to the slightly sad story line.

I like these music videos because the story line is easy to follow as well as easy to connect with. I especially enjoy the costume changes throughout the video as it makes the video more interesting to watch and intrigued me more, compared to if the artist was wearing the same costume as it would get a bit boring.
